Join us on October 4th CT for our next event in Cedarhurst’s monthly Mindful Caregiving Series which focuses on ways to avoid burnout, cultivate perseverance, and experience joy & even laughter as a caregiver.
This month is all about preventing caregiver burnout and recharging the mind and body. With guest experts within their respective wellness fields, join us for a proactive and empowering online retreat that explores mindfulness, simple movements and principals to restore joy, and tools for resilience to resist caregiver burnout.
This event will be hosted by Melissa Smith-Wilkinson, the founder of Caregiver Wellness Retreat and host of our Monthly Mindful Caregiving Series. We will also be joined by guest speakers Dr. Hazel Cebrun-Archie, MD and Terry Littlefield, 500-ERYT .

Dr. Hazel Cebrun-Archie is a physician whose mission is integrative health care. She will share her wisdom and insight for burnout prevention and practical tools manage stress and cultivate perseverance.

Terry Littlefield will share a PB&J, Postures, Breath, and Joy experience, with you. There will be gentle movement for your body. Easeful breath work for your mind. And a little laughter yoga for your soul. She’ll share her number one tip for living a life more magical, less habitual.
