Cedarhurst Expands with Acquisition of The Enclave of East Louisville

LOUISVILLE, KY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2025 – Cedarhurst Senior Living, a leading provider of senior living communities, today announced the acquisition of The Enclave of East Louisville, a premier senior living community located in Louisville, Ky. Effective September 30, the community will officially become Cedarhurst of East Louisville, continuing to provide assisted living and memory care services.

The two-story, 72,000-square-foot community features 80 total units (56 assisted living and 24 memory care) and sits on approximately 5.9 acres of land. Residents enjoy an array of amenities including a movie theater, beautiful courtyards, and housekeeping and laundry services for a maintenance-free lifestyle.

This acquisition marks Cedarhurst’s entry into the Louisville market, joining its existing Kentucky communities in Owensboro, Lexington, and Nicholasville.
