FARMINGTON, MO (AUGUST 11, 2026) – Cedarhurst Senior Living today announced the expansion of Cedarhurst of Farmington with the addition of 23 new Independent Living Cottages. Breaking ground in Summer 2026 and anticipated to open in Fall 2027, the thoughtfully designed cottages will complement the community's existing Assisted Living and Memory Care offerings.

Designed for adults 55+ seeking to simplify their lifestyle while maintaining their independence, the new Independent Living Cottages at Cedarhurst of Farmington will feature spacious two-bedroom floor plans with walk-in closets, full-sized kitchen appliances, in-home laundry with a washer and dryer included, private garages equipped with electric vehicle outlets, covered patios, and cozy gas fireplaces.
