Assisted Living

A sizable northeastern suburb of Atlanta, Johns Creek describes itself as the “exception to the everyday,” with plenty of outdoor and indoor attractions and recreation opportunities. Residents spend their days fishing and picnicking along the banks of the Chattahoochee River or exploring around the Autrey Mill Nature Preserve and Heritage Center. A thriving arts community includes the only all-professional symphony orchestra in Georgia beyond Atlanta, as well as the Johns Creek Chorale. A technicolor pedestrian tunnel literally provides some local color.

Addington Place of Johns Creek believes that it’s your home and your life, so you should do it your way. Through a personalized care plan, life-enriching activities, outstanding chef-prepared dining options and expert, compassionate caregivers, you’ll enjoy the independence to do more of what you want and less of what you don’t. Our goal is to create a community where you can fully enjoy the life of comfort and convenience that you’ve worked all your life to earn. That’s why we regard Addington Place as not just a place to live, but a place to thrive—and we’re sure that you will, too.

Assisted Living

Age does not diminish the basic human desire for independence, dignity, and choice. Addington Place seeks to fulfill for seniors what we all want each and every day—to be happy and healthy, to continue to contribute, and to have a voice in the direction of our lives.

Our Assisted Living community provides welcoming common spaces that offer the right balance of privacy and socialization. We also offer a variety of floor plans to suit the preferences of each resident. All apartments include kitchenettes, spacious bathrooms and adequate storage space.

Memory Care

Our Memory Care neighborhood is dedicated to residents living with Alzheimer’s Disease or other related dementias. These apartments have an innovative design meant to meet the needs of the residents in a home-like environment.

Our “Person-Directed Care” approach allows residents to enjoy life at their own pace and offers the choices and freedom to live each day the way they choose. These are just a few aspects that make life at Addington Place truly joyful.
